We pride ourselves on the excellent care of you and your home with attention to detail. We do not subcontract any of our housekeeping. All Homecare Solutions staff wear a uniform with our business logo and carry an ID pass.
All staff are Enhanced DBS checked and we're more than happy to provide evidence of this if required.
All cleans are carried out or assessed by Richard or Jill to ensure your guest's stay is an excellent one.
Homecare Solutions also carries out maintenance services, however if there is a job which we feel needs someone more specialised we will seek the help of a specialised vetted contractor to carry out the work.
We provide regular customer and owner surveys to ensure the quality and excellent service is maintained throughout all our services.
